Mr. Billett Mr. John Billett was born in Hayward, California and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. If he could live anywhere, it would be on a beach, mountains or Montreal, Canada so he could watch the Canadians play hockey. Fallon has been his home for 30 yrs. "Fallon is a wonderful town. I have raised my children here, taught here and enjoy the quiet, small town life." John taught at Churchill County High School for 28 yrs. and is looking forward to teaching at LCA. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, playing guitar and golf, watching sports and spending time with his family. John is married to Teresa and has three children, Joey, JJ, Tony and two daughter-in-laws, Tony's wife, Kelsey and JJ's wife, Erica. John and Teresa attend Parkside Bible Fellowship in Fallon.

  • Master of Education in Educational Technology from Lesley University 2009

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Social Studies from Wheaton College 1977
  • Special Education Certification from University of Nevada at Reno, 1983

  • Social Studies Certification from Fresno Pacific College

  • Food: Gino's East Pizza in Chicago, salad with veggies

  • Color: Blue and red

  • Sport: All contact sports---football and hockey----like to play golf

  • Subject to Teach: History

  • Time of Day: Late night

  • Holiday: Christmas is my favorite but most important to my faith is Easter.

  • Verse: No single verse but many passages in Psalms, Proverbs and the Epistles.
